Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties where you have specifically given us your consent to disclose such information for a designated purpose such as:
• networking with other attendees and stakeholders of the event
• payment of event fees by credit card
• promotion of your story or business through various content channels used by the event planner (eg. Conference Insider)
If you DO NOT wish to appear on the shared list of delegates please let us know.
As is customary at conferences, a photographer will be present taking images of the proceedings which will include the photographing of delegates. By registering for our event you consent to your photo being taken and made available for publication.
2016 Conference Cancellation Policy
$125.00 cancellation fee before May 1st, 2016. No refund on cancellations after 4pm May 1st, 2016. Delegate substitutions allowed at any time using this registration process.
There are organizations who like what Your Workplace represents and want to support the work we do. When they partner with us and sponsor events, it reduces the price of our products and services. In return, sponsors and partners ask for a profile of our community. Your answers to the six profile questions will be used in an aggregated form only to assist in keeping our prices reasonable. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Continuous Subscription Program
If you choose to receive your subscription under our Continuous Subscription Program, you authorize Your Workplace to charge your credit/debit card at the prevailing rate in time to renew your Your Workplace subscription, without interruption, every four months unless you tell us to stop. You may cancel at any time during your subscription by contacting us and receive a full refund on all undelivered issues. If your credit/debit card account cannot be charged, we’ll bill you directly instead.
